Products in stock, shipped via La Poste Colissimo or GLS, are sent within 24 hours. A tracking number will be emailed to you automatically.
Larger products are shipped by specialized carrier.
You will be contacted to set a time slot at your convenience.
We also provide international delivery of all our products by La Poste Colissimo, GLS or by specialized carrier.


2 / DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of the package, the destination of the package and the postal service chosen.
- The so-called "light" orders concern textiles, stationery, small decoration, etc.
- So-called "low volume" orders include small furniture, decoration or a large number of lighter items.
- Orders are considered "bulky" from 3 items of small furniture.
- In the event of an order for large furniture, only the delivery method via private carrier is offered.

DELIVERY BY CARRIER
In the case of large furniture (sofas, tables ...), a carrier delivers to your home, upstairs and to the room of your choice. From € 39, a supplement may be requested depending on your purchase and your location, do not hesitate to contact us for a quotation.

DELIVERY BY CARRIER

DELIVERY BY CARRIER

3 / EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise his right of withdrawal and return at his expense the product that does not give him satisfaction in accordance with article L.121-20 of the Code. of Consumption,
The products must be returned in their original packaging, in resalable condition. Any product returned damaged will not be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: any "personalized" product (choice of fabric, wood color, custom dimensions, etc.) cannot be reimbursed: the product is not in stock and is specially manufactured by the manufacturer to the customer.


4 / CONDITIONS OF ACCESSIBILITY

When purchasing bulky items, you should ensure that they can be delivered by interior elevator or staircase and through the doors.

We cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering bulky items due to too narrow access (doors, streets, corridors, stairs, ...).
Our deliverers are not authorized to use exterior elevators or different systems for delivering items through windows.
At your request, we can put you in contact with a moving company specializing in this type of delivery.
Any agreement will be based on a contract between you and the specialist company, the costs will be at your expense.


In case of inaccessibility of the place of delivery of your order on the day scheduled for delivery, you will be required to pay all delivery costs.




5 / ABSENCE ON DELIVERY DAY

You were not present on the day of your delivery?

In the event of absence on the day of delivery or in the event of an error in the delivery address, the costs of a new delivery will be invoiced to you.
